After years spent building and scaling e-commerce stores firsthand, I started Supreme Commerce to give other entrepreneurs the same playbook — without the years of trial and error it took me to learn it.

Built by operators, not just designers.

Supreme Commerce started because founders kept hiring five different freelancers for one store launch. We built the team we wished existed — one place for every channel a growing store needs.

Started with one overwhelmed founder.

Our first client came to us juggling a Shopify developer, a separate SEO freelancer, and an agency for social — none of whom talked to each other. The store looked disjointed because it was built that way.

We took over all three, put them under one roadmap, and the store's conversion rate doubled in ten weeks. That became the model: one team, every channel, one plan.

Today we run the same playbook for Walmart, Facebook Marketplace, TikTok Shop, eBay, Temu, and Amazon sellers who'd rather focus on sourcing and product than platform mechanics.

Team collaborating on an e-commerce store roadmap

Three things we don't compromise on.

Fixed pricing

No scoped calls to get a number

Every service lists what's included and what it costs before you talk to anyone. No surprise invoices.

Milestone approval

You see the work before it ships

Nothing goes live without your sign-off. Revisions are built into every package, not billed separately.

In-house specialists

No outsourced hand-offs

The person who scopes your project is on the same team as the person who builds it.
