Privacy Policy

What we collect, what we don't, and how we look after the information you share with us.

Last updated: October 12, 2026

The short version

  • We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking on this website.
  • We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us, by WhatsApp, email or phone.
  • We use that information to answer you and deliver the work you hire us for. We never sell or rent it.
  • You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.

1. Who we are

This website, supremecommerce.net, is operated by Supreme Commerce ("we", "us", "our"), a full-service e-commerce team based at 5900 Balcones Dr, Ste 11832, Austin, Texas, USA. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and through conversations that start here.

2. Information you give us

The website itself has no user accounts and does not store anything you type. We only receive information when you decide to send it to us:

  • Project inquiry form. When you press send on our contact page, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message containing the details you entered: your name, email address, the service you're interested in, your estimated budget and your project description. Nothing is sent to us until you send that message yourself in WhatsApp.
  • Email, WhatsApp and phone. If you email, message or call us, we receive your contact details and whatever you choose to include.
  • During a project. If you hire us, you may share business details we need to do the work, such as product information, brand assets, and access to your store or marketplace accounts (see section 7).

Please don't send payment card numbers or passwords in an inquiry message.

3. Information collected automatically

Like every website, our hosting provider (Hostinger) automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested: your IP address, browser and device type, the page visited, the referring page and the date and time. These server logs are used only to keep the site secure and running, and are kept for a limited period by the host.

We do not use cookies, Google Analytics, the Facebook Pixel, advertising trackers or session recording on this website. The on-site chat assistant runs entirely in your browser; its questions and answers are not sent to us or stored.

4. Third-party services

A few parts of the site rely on other companies. When your browser loads them, those companies may receive your IP address and browser details under their own privacy policies:

  • Google Fonts: supplies the typefaces used on the site.
  • Unsplash: hosts some of the photographs in our portfolio carousel.
  • WhatsApp (Meta): used when you send us an inquiry or message.
  • Email providers: our email is handled by Google (Gmail).

Social media. The "Latest from Supreme Commerce" section shows recent posts from our own Facebook Page. We copy those posts and images to our own server, so viewing them on this site does not connect you to Facebook. The Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn icons are ordinary links: those platforms only receive information about you if you click through to them.

5. How we use your information

  • To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote and answer your questions.
  • To plan, deliver and support the services you hire us for.
  • To send you messages related to your project, such as updates, invoices and reports.
  • To keep our website and accounts secure and prevent misuse.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We don't use your information for automated decision-making, and we won't add you to marketing lists without asking first.

6. When we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it:

  • with members of our team who need it to work on your project;
  • with service providers that help us run the business (for example hosting, email and messaging), only for that purpose;
  • with the marketplaces and platforms you ask us to work on for you (for example Walmart, Shopify or TikTok Shop), as part of delivering the service;
  • when required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public;
  • if our business is reorganised or sold, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

7. Client accounts and store access

Many of our services require access to your store, marketplace or social media accounts. We use that access only to carry out the work you've approved, keep login details confidential, and limit access to the team members working on your account. When a project ends, we recommend you remove our access or change any shared passwords, and we're happy to help you do that.

8. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry conversations for as long as needed to respond and follow up. For clients, we keep project information for the length of the engagement and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax or accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, unless we're required to keep it.

9. Your choices and rights

You can contact us at any time to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you;
  • correct or update it;
  • ask us to delete it;
  • stop receiving messages from us.

Depending on where you live (for example certain US states, the UK or the EU), you may have additional rights under local law. We'll respond to every request within a reasonable time and will never treat you differently for exercising your rights.

10. Security

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit who can access client information. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

11. International visitors

Our team works across more than one country, and our service providers may store information in the United States or elsewhere. By contacting us, you understand that your information may be handled outside your own country, always in line with this policy.

12. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or services change. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised, and significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
